Haifa Hamad has a passion for creating plant based food options for us all. She has said, "your body is your home, so take care of it". Haifa is an inspiring woman we can all admire. She followed her desire to travel and experience the world. Through her time travelling she evolved into following a vegan and then 80% Medical Medium diet. She explained following Anthony William's protocols took her body and herself to another level she could not have imagined. We loved Medical Medium as well and have been following his healing teachings for years!
Haifa's shared delicious recipes with The Setorii Project which we will share in some upcoming recipe posts and thanks to her talent in the kitchen and her personal passion to heal create recipes that can do our body's good.. she will help us all be able to take care of our bodies even better.
She created a pancake recipe below that is not only great for our bodies but one that our taste buds will also look forward to enjoying.
We love these gluten and soy-free pancakes so much, they’ve replaced the traditional go-to's in my kitchen.
