A DIY COFFEE SCRUB THAT MAKES YOUR BODY GO MMM!

Coffee is loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help soothe and heal irritated skin. It also helps stimulate blood flow and promotes natural collagen production. Coffee grounds are minimally abrasive for your body and if you have sensitive skin or just want to be sure we recommend using used coffee grounds which will be mild enough to use all over the body.



yield 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup coffee grounds1/2 cup sea salt or sugar1/3 cup coconut oil, melted15 drops frankincense oil15 drops neroli oil1 teaspoon vitamin E oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to use, apply a small amount to damp skin and lightly massage to remove flakes and improve skin tone and texture. The scrub can last in a tightly lidded glass jar for up to a week.
